Establishing your practice means having the right understanding and attitude. We can call this having the ‘right view’. Right view is like the hub of a wheel – if it is off center it will throw the spokes out of alignment and the wheel cannot function properly. The same is true of your mindfulness practice.

In this series, you will receive an overview of the background and method of mindfulness meditation. We will be covering the Frequently Asked Questions that many of us are asking ourselves right now about mindfulness – learning how to move beyond struggle and procrastination – and actually get into this transformative practice.

Class  Schedule: Sept. 23 – October 14th | Introduction to the mindfulness practice
