Description: ལྟ་བ་ཞེས་དམིགས་གཏད་ཅན་ཞིག་མེད་པས་ལྟ་བ་ཡེ་བཏང་ཆེན་པོ།།
As there is no reference point of the view, it is called the view of great unbridled from the beginningless.

Saturday, April 29; 10AM-5PM: རྫོགས་པ་ཆེན་པོའི་སྒོམ་པ་བསྟན་པ། The Meditation of Dzogchen (registration required)
Description: སྒོམ་པ་ཞེས་མཚན་མ་ཅན་ཞིག་སྒོམ་དུ་མེད་པས་སྒོམ་མེད་ངང་བཞག་ཆེན་པོ། As the meditation of Dzogchen has no compounded or tangible thing to meditate upon, it is called great naturally abiding in the non-meditation.

Sunday, April 30; 10AM-5PM: རྫོགས་པ་ཆེན་པོའི་སྤྱོད་པ་བསྟན་ པ། The Conduct of Dzogchen (registration required)
Description: སྤྱོད་པ་ཞེས་བླང་དོར་ཅན་ཞིག་མེ ད་པས་སྤྱོད་པ་གང་ཤར་རང་གྲོལ་ཆེ ན་པོ།།
The conduct of Dzogchen has no binding conduct of accepting and repelling difference, therefore it is called the conduct of great naturally liberating of as they arise here and now.

རྫོགས་པ་ཆེན་པོའི་ལྟ་སྒོམ་སྤྱོ ད་པའི་ཉམས་ལེན་ཤ་མ་ཞིག་ད་ལྟ་ནས་རྒྱུད་ཐོག་དུ་ལོན་ན་ཚེ་འདིར་སྐྱིད་སྡུག་ལམ་དུ་ཁྱེར་ཤེས་ནས་གུ་ ཡང་བློ་བདེའི་ངང་ལ་མི་ཚེ་སྐྱེལ་ ཐུབ་པའི་ཡོན་ཏན་དང༌། འཆི་ཁར་འཇིགས་སྐྲག་མེད་པ་དང༌། སྐྱེས་བ་འཆི་མ་དག་པའི་ཞིང་དུ་ བདེ་ལེགས་སུ་ཕྱིན་ཐུབ་པའི་ དགོས་པ་ཁྱད་པར་ཅན་ཡོད་དོ།།
If we are able to understand and practice a genuine view, meditation and conduct of Dzogchen right now in our mind-stream, there is the benefit of being able to take in stride each and every good or bad situations in our life, and will be able to live this life happily; moreover, we would not have to fear at the end of this life, but with calm mind, which will help us attain smoothly the pure realm of enlightenment in the after-life.

Biography of Ven. Pema Rigtsal Rinpoche
Ven. Pema Rigtsal Rinpoche, the Supreme Head of Namkha Khyung Dzong Monastery in Humla, was born on September 17, 1963. He was recognized as the reincarnation of “Chimed Rinpoche” who is the emanation of the Great Indian Siddha ‘Dampa Sangye’ and spiritual head of the renowned monastery- Shedphel Ling Monastery in Ngari, Tibet; at the age of three by His Holiness Dudjom Rinpoche.

Rinpoche received early educations of reading, writing and ritual practices from his father the Second Degyal Rinpoche. At the age of nineteen he followed the Great Master ‘Khenchen Daser Rinpoche’ and the Eminent Spiritual Master and Ascetic Saint ‘Khenchen Cheokhyap Rinpoche learning sutra and tantra in general and thirteen major philosophical texts (Shungchen Chusum) in particular for ten years.

In 1985 he reconstructed the Namkha Khyung Dzong Monastery, which follows the Dudjom New Treasure Tradition of Nyingma in Humla, Nepal. Giving continuous teachings on the thirteen major philosophical texts (Shungchen Chusum) for twenty-four years and managing the whole requirements for more than three hundred fifty monks & nuns he also completed the “Three Years Three Months Retreat”. Rinpoche holds Summer and Winter Dharma Teaching sessions every year for more than five hundred Ngagpas (Yogis) and dharma practitioners residing in Humla and Ngari, Tibet. Hundreds of hermits are practicing in caves and solitary locations in Humla and Ngari Tibet under his religious instruction and guidance. Rinpoche recently completed one year retreat on Vajrakilaya in 2016 in his monastery in Humla.

Rinpoche received precious and secret tantric instructions, oral transmissions and empowerments of Vajrayana tradition of Nyingma lineage from the renowned great spiritual masters: H.H. Dudjom Rinpoche,  H.H. Dilgo Khentse Rinpoche, H.H. Dodup Rinpoche, H.H. Penor Rinpoche, H.H. Thinley Norbu Rinpoche, H.H. Khrulshig Rinpoche and H.H. Domang Yangthang Rinpoche.

Rinpoche had visited U.S.A, Taiwan, Singapore, Hong Kong etc. for empowerment, Dharma teachings and spiritual guidance. Rinpoche’s book The Great Secret of Mind was publised by Shambhala Publication in USA in December 2012. This book has been also published in Chinese verson in Taiwan.
