Please note that there will be evening meditation on November 12th and December 3rd. Mindfulness meditation can be defined as learning to bring our attention to the present moment by focusing on our breath and simply seeing what arises without bias or judgement.  When attention wanders, and we notice, we simply return our attention to the breath.
