Meditation is a powerful tool to eliminate stress, to heal the body, mind, and brain, and to enhance your personal well-being and positive relationship with the world. Join Nalanda Institute faculty as they lead Monday lunchtime meditation sessions – Contemplative Practice as Social Practice with Susanna Nicholson and Tazuko Shibusawa.
Attendance at previous sessions is not required. Meditation floor mats & traditional western chairs are provided and no special clothing or equipment is necessary.
