Kaiut Yoga is designed to improve your quality of life, the Kaiut method adapts the ancient practice of yoga in an innovative way that relieves the challenges of modern life. The method works with natural movements, increasing mobility and returning the body to its ideal structure and functionality. It is yoga for everybody and every body type. A typical Kaiut class might include adults of all ages with chronic pain, scoliosis, back pain, hip and knee replacements, as well as experienced yogis, athletes, dancers and performers. Three Kaiut Yoga certified teachers will guide workshop participants through three separate classes focused on ankles and legs, pelvis and hips concluding with shoulders and neck. Each class session will end with a Q&A to further inform you about this unique yoga method.
This workshop is an introduction to the Kaiut Yoga Method. Francisco Kaiut, the creator of the method will be teaching a weekend long workshop at Tibet House on April 24-26, 2020.
