the-mind-illuminated-coverLearn more about how to start a meditation practice, or how to take your meditation sessions to new heights. Modern neuroscience has continuously enhanced our understanding of meditation by examining the mind’s connection to the physical brain. Culadasa will be leading a discussion on a meditative path that utilizes the findings of brain science to enrich our understanding of the mind. Correctly understanding the fundamental components of consciousness – the different “ways of knowing” – will radically improve your meditation.  Join us for a discussion, Q&A, and book signing of The Mind Illuminated (Touchstone/Simon & Schuster, January 3, 2017).
