Lunchtime Meditation – Contemplative Practice as Social Practice – Kristen Rae | 1-1:45PM

1:00 pm – 1:45 pm

We’re pleased to announce that we’ve just added Monday sessions “Contemplative Practice/Social Practice” for those concerned with issues surrounding social justice.

Take a mid-day pause to refresh your mind and re-establish your center in the midst of bustling city life. Meditation is a powerful tool to eliminate stress, to heal the body, mind, and brain, and to enhance your personal well-being and positive relationship with the world. Join Nalanda Institute faculty as they lead Monday lunchtime meditation sessions – Contemplative Practice as Social Practice with Susanna Nicholson and Tazuko Shibusawa.

Attendance at previous sessions is not required. Meditation floor mats & traditional western chairs are provided and no special clothing or equipment is necessary.
