Take a mid-day pause to refresh your mind and re-establish your center in the midst of bustling city life. Meditation is a powerful tool to eliminate stress, to heal the body, mind, and brain, and to enhance your personal well-being and positive relationship with the world. Join Nalanda Institute faculty as they lead Monday – Friday lunchtime meditation sessions at Tibet House.

About the Presenter

Aaron Lauber

Aaron Lauber, M.S.Ed., MHC-LP, is a mindfulness-based coach, counselor, and psychotherapist with a special interest in integrative mind/body group therapy. He holds a master's degree in mental health counseling from Fordham University, where he is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in counseling psychology. In addition to his private practice, Aaron currently works as a psychology extern at the National Institute for the Psychotherapies. A student of Dr. Loizzo and a member of the Nalanda community since 2007, Aaron teaches basic meditation and stress reduction, and is currently a participant in Nalanda’s Certificate Program in Contemplative Psychotherapy.
