The Mindforce Institue Workshop #1: The Four Foci of Mindful Awareness – Shaun Nanavati | 10AM-5PM

Feb
23

10:00 am – 5:00 pm

The Mindforce Institute, co-founded by Tibet House, is a new company that is focusing on providing mindfulness training to the corporate sector. As part of its launch, The Mindforce Institute is organizing a series of workshops at Tibet House. The purpose of these workshops is to offer our training in an intimate and casual setting to “early adopters” who can offer valuable feedback on the company’s offerings

Our first workshop will introduce you to the four foci of mindful awareness found in the classical tradition.  This class moves beyond the basic methods found in western psychology into a systematic approach to the mind, as if you were illuminating individual lamps along a path that is gradually made clear.

The main goal of this workshop is to awaken your inherent wisdom in an actionable manner. At the end of the class, you will learn to be healthier, develop your own visualization skills, make better decisions and connect more authentically with others.

Q&A, dialogue, and interactive exercises will be emphasized and encouraged. All levels are welcome.

Please dress comfortably and confidently.

DATE & TIME: February 23 & 24; 10AM-5PM
REGISTRATION: General: $150 ($75 per day) / Tibet House members: $120 ($60 per day)
