“The past is over, the future is not here yet. Only this present moment is life”
Mindfulness is the practice of living in the present moment without drifting into thoughts of the past and the future. It helps us inhabit our lives. The practice and wisdom of mindfulness can steer us away from the autopilot mode of thinking to a more intentional and aware way of being.
In this workshop, learn to quieten the mind and deepen your engagement with ‘this moment”. Let’s slow down in this fast-paced lifestyle; cultivate mindfulness through practices such as breath awareness, mindful listening, and loving-kindness meditation.
