About the Presenter

Abby Eletz

Abby is a graduate of Nalanda's two-year Certificate in Contemplative Psychotherapy. After receiving her bachelor's degree in Government from Cornell University, Abby went on to pursue formal training as an actress at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama in London. This journey allowed her to immerse in the study of how the physical, mental, and emotional body connect. With over fifteen years of experience exploring eastern and western mind-body traditions, Abby will graduate in May with an MSW from New York University. She is currently a trainee at the Fifth Avenue Center for Counseling and Psychotherapy where she is integrating contemplative and somatic practices within a clinical therapeutic setting.
