Join us to start your week, with a deep breathing exercise to relax your body and mind with a 30 minute guided Sound Bath, offering an opportunity to experience deep meditation and
unlock unique states of relaxation. By addressing the energetic stressors that are particularly activated by anxiety and stress, our nervous and adrenal systems are given an opportunity to recuperate.
Gong meditations, a type of Sound therapy, have been around for thousands of years as a way of healing. Multiple tones and overtones build as the gong is played, creates layers of sound that can be directly felt by those experiencing it. The sound waves of the gong are said to stimulate a letting go of the ego, helping us to be more open and in touch with an authentic self. The benefits of Gong meditation are numerous, yet vary considerably. Most notice a major improvement in the quality of their sleep, a better ability to cope with stress, and a sense of familiarity with stillness and contentment.
Franck Raharinosy is a socially-driven entrepreneur and co-founder of the ping-pong social clubs, SPiN. Driven by curiosity, Franck has managed to build a life out of turning his passion and purpose into business ideas that span genres. Franck has attended many Sound Meditations personally experiencing the benefits by really slowing down, feeling more present and grounded. Out of love, Franck decided to learn to guide Gong Meditation and share this gift with friends, family, larger groups, his own work team and people in need of whom he often offers it for free.
