Teaching meditation to others is a profoundly rewarding experience. It’s even more rewarding when sharing this practice means sharing what has transformed your own life. The Tibet House & Dharma Moon 100 Hour Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Training allows you to do both:
This training serves as a vehicle to deepen your own practice and study, and as a comprehensive training to skillfully teach mindfulness meditation to others. These two elements go hand-in-hand – each inform and support the other.
These free information sessions are the perfect opportunity to meet the creator and director of this training, senior Buddhist teacher David Nichtern, his assistant directors as well as your potential classmates while learning about this training and asking any questions you have about participation.
