If you are unable to attend after registering for a program, the following policy is applicable.
- 1) Provide notification to Tibet House US two weeks prior to the program date, and you will receive a full refund, minus the $5 processing fee.
2) Provide notification to Tibet House US less than two weeks, but not later than the close of business on the day of the program, and you will receive full credit toward the registration fee of a future Tibet House US program. The credit will remain valid for one year.
3) Provide notification to Tibet House US after the program date, or fail to provide notice, and no refund or credit will be available.
Please note that Tibet House US reserves the right to cancel any program, at any time, due to low enrollment or other circumstances beyond its control. In the event of such cancellation, a full refund of all registration fees will be offered. Please note further that the above policy applies to Tibet House programs at the NYC facility, and that a different policy may apply regarding Menla programs and Tibet House programs that are co-sponsored with other organizations.
